Taking over a project is never easy, but in this case our client was left with an incomplete job which was not finished to a good standard by previous builders. Our job was to rectify some of the mistakes and to start again in areas putting 50mm insulation to the exterior of the building in areas, followed by priming coats and having to base layer and re mesh the building and forming new beads on the corners before finally putting on our final coloured top coat silicon render.
